Massage therapy is a hands-on treatment that works with the soft tissues of the body — muscles, fascia, tendons — to release tension, ease pain, and help the body function more freely.
But beyond simply feeling good, therapeutic massage is a powerful tool for healing. It encourages the body to shift from "fight or flight" into "rest and repair," which is essential for both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Each massage session is tailored to you. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue like muscle pain, tension headaches, or just feeling "wound up," I adjust the pressure, focus areas, and techniques based on what your body needs.
Massage can also be blended with other therapies I offer — like Reiki, Emotional Aromatherapy, or Kinesiology — to create a more complete, supportive treatment.
Please note: Massage is the only therapy I offer where you will need to undress (to your comfort level). All other treatments are done fully clothed.
